Products may be returned within three days of product delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
- The product was delivered in the last three days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs, and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Timeless Floral Boutique.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
If your product arrived damaged, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can be refunded.
We are unable to issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
