Made to Order items are created after purchase. We are duplicating the item shown in the picture, using the same flowers and design. With this process, there are some details which customers may change, such as swapping out ribbon to another pattern shown on the site. Please contact us with any questions about changes you’re considering before purchase.

Ready Made items are one-of-a-kind. What you see pictured is the actual item you’re purchasing. Due to the unique nature of these items, when they’re gone, they’re gone. If you see an item you love, don’t wait to get it!

​​Please understand that each of these items is handmade, and handmade items are, by nature, unique. Each wreath, swag, and bow is produced in my studio, using a thoughtful process full of genuine care and love, applied to quality materials. Much like handmade gifts, no two items are identical. While your purchased items will look very much like the ones pictured here, my products include tiny, handmade differences that make them beautifully unique.

Made to Order items have varying shipping timeframes, depending on the item. All Ready Made items ship within 1-2 business days.

Made to Order items:

• Decorator Bows ( 2-3 business days)
• Hydrangea Bows (3-4 business days)

Ready Made items:

• All items (1-3 business days)

The best way to reach us with questions or change requests is via email. We check email multiple times per day and commit to respond to all messages within 24 hours. Feel free to consolidate all of your questions into one email, for the most efficient response.

Rest assured that we package everything with care, to ensure it arrives at your home in one piece. While we don’t have complete control over how the carriers handle packages, we pack them anticipating possible mishandling. Our wreaths and swags are packed on an anchor board attached to the bottom of the box, and we use bubble wrap to protect items and attachments.
